Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will act on the front line of the commercial team, connecting professionals who are seeking career transformation.
Engage with leads using a consultative approach, understanding pain points, career goals, and level of seniority to recommend the ideal training program.
Clearly present the differentiators of our programs: emphasis on practical applicability, industry-experienced instructors, connection to professional practice, and flexible formats.
Conduct personalized, strategic follow-ups throughout the conversion funnel.
Use a CRM to log interactions, track decision cycles, and identify opportunities.
Work with communication cadences and nurturing strategies based on interest profiles.
Actively participate in training sessions, regular team rituals, and commercial alignment meetings.
Collect feedback and surface insights on objections, product opportunities, and lead behavior.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in areas such as Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Previous experience in consultative sales, customer relationship management, or commercial roles.
Strong argumentation, active listening, and negotiation skills.
Autonomy, organization, and discipline in the use of CRM tools.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Prior experience in education, technology, or financial services companies.
Experience with sales funnels and lead journeys in B2C or education businesses.
Familiarity with mass-mailing or automation tools (RD Station, Mailchimp, etc.).
Basic knowledge of UX Writing, copywriting, or direct marketing.
