Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan for the BeLux region
Drive new enterprise sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities within large and strategic accounts
Articulate compelling value propositions tailored to Belgian and Luxembourg market needs
Lead complex contract negotiations
Build and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term value creation
Travel within Belgium and Luxembourg as required (approximately <25%)
Requirements
Fluency in English and Dutch is required; French is a strong plus
Minimum 6 years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience
Proven track record selling into Belgium and/or Luxembourg
Strong understanding of networking, security, and how the Internet works
Ability to confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience navigating multi-lingual, multi-cultural business environments
Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Technical background in engineering, computer science, or information systems is a plus.
