About the role

  • Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
  • Maintaining department records and conducting/managing special projects
  • Acting as key contact in a community Emergency Department
  • Conducting new provider orientation/onboarding, ensuring EMR training
  • Completing monthly department credit card reconciliation
  • Maintaining Medical Director's calendars
  • Assembling EMR metric reports
  • Closely working with Provider Relations Specialists

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of administrative or healthcare administrative experience
  • Preferred: Associate’s Degree
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of administrative experience in a medical office setting
