Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable adoption and value realization for AI-powered Talent Acquisition workflows
  • Collaborate with the Workday account team as a specialized overlay
  • Influence retention, advocacy, and expansion
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to accelerate customer maturity

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing services role
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience with AI/ML or data-driven products
  • Proven expertise in leading complex customer engagements
  • Strong experience designing structured success plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
