Responsibilities
You support our eCRM team in implementing initiatives and optimizing various channels
You assist in creating and adapting email and WhatsApp newsletters and flows
With your detail-oriented and meticulous working style, you ensure that all mailings are delivered error-free
You independently manage community activities in the “BitterLiebe” Facebook group and are responsible for strategic growth
Together with the eCRM and eCommerce teams, you continuously develop the customer club (Bitter-Club)
Requirements
Currently studying in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Initial experience in email marketing or CRM is a plus, preferably with Klaviyo or other email tools
You have a structured, careful, and reliable approach to work
You have a good sense for copy, design, and usability
Independent working style, hands-on mentality, and a willingness to take on responsibility
Very good German and English skills
