About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at Civalgo ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions in the construction industry. Supporting clients from project inception to full integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation plan for the solution at client sites, collaborating with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver clear, structured training tailored to different audiences (operational teams, managers, executives).
  • Provide proactive follow-up, identify barriers to adoption, and recommend concrete actions to maximize delivered value.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Collect client feedback and work with Product, Sales, and Support teams to improve the solution and related processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, software implementation, or account management.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment required.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (asset).
  • Ability to structure and lead implementation projects.
  • Comfortable delivering training and facilitating group sessions.
  • Proficient with a CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
