Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for managers on HR matters
  • Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Support strategic recruiting processes
  • Lead employee experience (EX) projects

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven experience implementing change-management processes
  • Ability to think strategically and work in a solution-oriented manner
