About the role

  • Manage the Inside Sales Team for Waste Management in the South Atlantic area. Develop marketing programs and ensure business retention and growth through sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Inside Sales Team for South Atlantic market area.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing programs to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds goals for retaining and generating business.
  • Supervise Inside Sales Department and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast and recruit qualified candidates for Inside Sales positions.
  • Provide coaching and training to all Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Use customer records for interactions, contracts, and service documentation.
  • Develop strategies to up sell and cross sell to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Three years of relevant work experience in business-to-business sales management, plus three years in direct business-to-business sales.
  • 3-years proven success in a Level 4-6 sales position.
