About the role

  • Team Lead managing a team of Sales Support Representatives at WM. Ensuring superior customer service and enhancing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Provides daily guidance and assistance to Sales Support Team Representatives
  • Handles customer escalations
  • Ensures enhanced customer experience
  • Oversees real-time performance
  • Acts as liaison between Sales and client locations
  • Distributes and monitors assignments
  • Monitors interactions for feedback/training
  • Expedites sensitive operational issues
  • Assumes acting supervisor role during absence
  • Assists supervisor with agent coaching
  • Conducts meetings with team to review metrics and performance
  • Maintains proficiency in Sales Support Team functions
  • Supports ongoing training to new hires
  • Performs administrative duties as requested
  • Participates in departmental and divisional initiatives

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 4 years of call center experience
  • Minimum of 12 months as a WM Project Services representative
  • Internal candidates must be performing in an above average capacity
  • No written or final disciplinary actions within 180 days prior
  • Must have maintained a minimum average value of Meets or Exceeds Expectations
