About the role

  • HR Manager supporting approximately 520 employees across 20 sites in the South Atlantic region. Providing strategic people solutions to improve organizational health and foster employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and activate People solutions that impact the company's ability to meet business objectives.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate various People functions.
  • Manage talent through proper succession planning programs.
  • Execute area/business unit/functional-level strategies to improve organizational health.
  • Coach and advise managers on people matters.
  • Propose People solutions based on analysis of operational opportunities.
  • Partner with Centers of Expertise (COE) to execute People strategies.
  • Monitor new employee orientation to foster engagement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience managing human resource systems, process, programs, initiatives and professionals (in addition to education requirement).
  • SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical & diagnostic skills.
  • Innovative mindset identifying new ways to solve work problems resulting in unique/differentiated solutions.
