Responsibilities
Provide enterprise-level leadership for Oracle HCM, workforce analytics, and HR data governance.
Set the strategic vision for how HR technology and workforce insights support organizational growth.
Serve as a key advisor to senior executives, preparing executive-ready analyses.
Proactively translate workforce data into business cases, forecasting models, and actionable recommendations.
Ensure HR systems, analytics tools, and workforce planning capabilities are optimized and aligned with enterprise priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HR Analytics, or related HR operations leadership.
Proven experience developing HR technology roadmaps and delivering system implementations or major enhancements.
Demonstrated ability to design and scale workforce analytics dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics).
Strong knowledge of HR data models, data governance, compliance, and reporting methods.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related discipline preferred.
5+ years of direct Oracle HCM experience (configuration, implementation, and support) preferred.
Experience in healthcare or large matrixed organization preferred.
Experience with AI/automation in HR processes preferred.
