About the role

  • Support role in HR salary administration for Wilson Sons, a leading logistics operator in Brazil. Involves compensation strategy, market research, and cultural engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support in administering the job and salary plan, analyzing salary movements and hires through internal systems to recommend alignment with company policy and organizational structure
  • Respond to internal and external audits regarding salary movements
  • Develop and contribute to the implementation, review and management of compensation policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with internal guidelines and applicable regulations
  • Ensure that rules and approval limits for organizational structure revisions are followed across WS Group via internal systems or workflows with Comex
  • Develop and keep area organizational charts up to date
  • Analyze and evaluate positions using the Hay method, as needed
  • Maintain the organizational structure of the business within internal compensation systems to ensure governance and compliance with compensation policies
  • Work, through Business Partners (BPs), in administering and evolving corporate non-financial recognition programs (e.g., Service Length Recognition and "Reconheço Você"), aiming to enhance employee engagement
  • Respond to market surveys to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices, updating salary tables annually
  • Support Business Partners in the use of corporate compensation systems
  • Participate in the maintenance and development of improvements to corporate compensation systems, interfacing with IT, Payroll (Fopag) and internal clients
  • Manage the process for partnership nominations
  • Know and comply with Health, Environment and Safety (SMS) rules related to your activities, and participate in SMS activities related to your tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related fields
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Hay method
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Intermediate English
