About the role

  • HR Business Partner/EHS Manager at REV Group developing relationships and ensuring compliance in HR and EHS. Guiding leadership in talent and EHS strategies for manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships within assigned business unit/client group to gain a deep knowledge of business across operations from both tactical and strategic perspectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by aligning HR and EHS strategies with business objectives for assigned units.
  • Continuously identify changes, gaps, and inefficiencies in existing processes; provide standardization, simplification, and improvement recommendations.
  • Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies to ensure consistency and timely handling of HR/EHS programs.
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local HR and safety standards/codes.
  • Actively oversee local employee communications, roundtables, training, engagement activities, providing right-touch HR/EHS support.
  • Develop, analyze, and monitor HR/EHS metrics to support the development and execution of site strategies to improve organizational health and drive culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Safety, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum seven (7) years' of related experience with three (3) years in experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations: FLSA, DOL, EEOC, HIPPA, ADAA, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, Worker’s Compensation, and other related regulations.
  • PHR, SPHR, Certified Safety Professional, or Certified Industrial Hygienist Preferred.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
