Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the company-wide consolidation and integration of staff scheduling/rostering systems
Requirements management, system configuration and customization of the workforce management application in collaboration with IT and external service providers
Design and deliver training concepts for managers, HR administrators and key users
Analyze and optimize time management processes in the context of the shared-service-center transformation
Provide first- and second-level support for complex time management questions and system issues
Provide conceptual advice to managers and executive leadership on complex working time and workforce management matters
Ensure legal compliance in working time management (German Working Time Act — ArbZG, EU Working Time Directive) and advise on legal questions
Requirements
University degree in business administration, human resources or a related field, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with HR-related further training
Experience in time management and human resources, ideally in the healthcare sector
Solid knowledge of staff planning; knowledge of collective bargaining provisions and the Working Time Act is desirable
Project experience in an HR environment
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
Assertiveness, persuasiveness and experience in change management and implementing change processes
Occasional willingness to travel to our facilities for training purposes
