Responsibilities

Maintain internal databases, shared folders, trackers, and administrative overviews.
Support basic HR, onboarding, and office coordination activities.
Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
Support timesheet controlling.
Serve as a helpful point of contact for colleagues, external partners, and vendors.
Ensure high standards of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Adapt to shifting priorities and timelines as part of an international consulting team.
Requirements
Native Spanish and fluent English (spoken and written).
Very good command of Microsoft 365 and office applications.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
High reliability, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
Flexibility, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
