Responsibilities

Direct follow-up on customer-related complaints and requests
Gain access to upcoming tenders/proposals
Assist with inside sales as needed
Provide support on a day-to-day basis to the management team
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Proficient in the use of a computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.)
