About the role

  • Business Office Manager providing administrative support for Rohester Midland Corporation in Saskatoon. Responsible for customer communications, office management, and collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

  • Office management tasks including inventory control, filing, and supply ordering
  • Maintain and update customer data, service route assignments, and schedules
  • Complete and process all new invoices
  • Special projects as requested
  • Test boiler and cooling samples in the office lab
  • Collaborate with RMC’s accounting team to ensure invoices have been paid
  • Manage customer relationships to continue to retain, gain, and grow the business
  • Review and revise customer contract renewal proposals for accuracy as it relates to appearance, brand, and formatting
  • Direct follow-up on customer-related complaints and requests
  • Gain access to upcoming tenders/proposals
  • Assist with inside sales as needed
  • Provide support on a day-to-day basis to the management team

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in the use of a computer and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.)
  • Ability to work independently in the field office
