About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for the entire sales process at Wemolo GmbH. Driving growth through new customer acquisition and partnerships in mobility management.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach and persuasive presentations through to contract closing.
  • You break accounts down into their decision-making structures and relevant stakeholders, actively manage them, and lead presentations and negotiations at all management levels.
  • You build on the SDR team’s groundwork, further qualify leads in a targeted way, prioritize opportunities based on data, and develop a reliable, scalable sales pipeline.
  • You keep your targets firmly in focus, analyze your pipeline, and continuously optimize your sales strategies to find the best solutions for our customers.
  • You work closely with colleagues from various departments to continually develop Wemolo.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Structured and analytical: you act in a data-driven way and place a strong emphasis on quality and excellence
  • Ambitious and passionate about rapid growth in a very dynamic environment
  • Strong communicator: you have a powerful personal presence and the drive to learn Wemolo’s technology
  • Language skills: C1 German and fluent English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Mobility: valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10–20%)
