Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up.
Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals.
Confirm and qualify booked appointments and generate organic leads.
Provide consultative customer appointments and generate accurate estimates.
Professionally and comprehensively present proposals to property owners or representatives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
Create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.

Requirements
College degree in related field or relevant experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Home service sales experience is a plus.
