Responsibilities
Co-create and lead territory strategies that shape the future of Soccer Team Sales.
Seek, Sign, and Serve the North America Soccer Team Sales community, delivering seasonal Nike initiatives and providing partners with the strategy, storytelling, and product details they need each season.
Lead the execution of Team Sales agreements and seasonal business plans, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and track sales strategies, key product launches, and territory performance.
Drive accurate forecasting, scenario planning, business analysis, and new opportunity development.
Work directly with accounts to elevate their business strategy, strengthen their marketplace execution, and meet the evolving needs of Soccer Team Sales consumers.
Requirements
5–6 years of experience in field sales management within the sports industry, spanning areas such as field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales planning, or business analysis.
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Strong understanding of the sports industry, including product knowledge and marketplace trends; a passion for sports—and especially soccer/global football—is preferred.
Proven experience implementing sales programs, policies, and methodologies, along with the ability to use financial models to make sound decisions and translate insights into accurate business plans and revenue forecasts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals, objectives, and recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to prepare, plan, and deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions that drive business results.
Resides in or near the Cincinnati, OH area.
