About the role

  • Sales Representative in Außendienst with Sport-Thieme, enhancing market position in Baden-Württemberg. Responsibilities include client acquisition, proposal management, and collaboration in a structured onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients in Baden-Württemberg • Managing and supporting existing clients in the region • Preparing and processing customized proposals • Independently managing sales projects • Working as part of an advisory/consulting team • Participation in a 6-week placement at the headquarters in Grasleben

Requirements

  • Commercial training (e.g., apprenticeship) or a comparable degree • Experience in sales or field sales desirable • Technical aptitude is an advantage • Good Microsoft Office skills • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people • Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum B2) • Ability to reach/access the sales office in Leonberg
