Responsibilities
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues
Develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Perform application business management through records management and ensure compliance against various policy and regulatory requirements
Interpret policies & procedures and provide compliance risk expertise
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations
Collaborate and consult with members of the Product team and corporate risk partners
Requirements
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
2+ years of Risk & Compliance expertise
Strong understanding of issue management standards and remediation requirements
Experience working in financial services, consulting or in other highly regulated environments
Experience collaborating in a Product setting and understanding of Agile methodology
Experience designing and managing large complex programs, new processes, and services
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Experience in building reporting dashboards using Power BI
