About the role

  • HR Administrator supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee relations at HFM, an international multi-asset broker.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Assist in preparing employment offers and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
  • Help organise and track training sessions and employee development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave, and generate related reports as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries and assist in maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support other HR functions and office management needs, as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager or other leadership team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience as HR Administrator or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in HRIS will be considered an advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
  • Impeccable organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Maintains composure in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment.
