Responsibilities
As the Technical Learning Projects Director (Senior Manager), you act as a key interface between Digital Learning, HRIS and Learning teams, ensuring the deployment, optimization and evolution of Learning solutions across the Group.
Manage and support a Learning Solutions organization of approximately 10 internal team members, augmented by 2 external consultants.
Foster a culture of autonomy, accountability and results, positioning the team as a proactive contributor.
Build, steer and continuously evolve the roadmap for Learning tools and platforms, aligned with Learning and business priorities.
Manage the budget for Learning tools and projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Learning leaders and Academies to understand their needs, challenges and expectations.
Drive adoption of new tools and processes through structured change management strategies.
Requirements
Engineering degree in Computer Science / Information Systems
Proven experience (minimum 12 years) in senior project or product management roles within digital, HRIS, Learning or IT environments
Demonstrated experience managing teams, budgets and complex stakeholder ecosystems
Ability to structure, prioritize and drive multiple initiatives in parallel
Strong experience in IT project management in an international context
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to explain complex subjects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
