Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with leaders, supporting the effective implementation of HR programs and talent processes.
Collaborate with HR Practice Centers to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Work with the divisional Talent Organizational Consultant to deliver development programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
Partner with Compensation on annual planning and provide guidance on market competitiveness and internal equity.
Support onboarding programs across functions and the division.
Coach and advise managers on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters.
Guide leaders through annual performance cycles, ensuring consistency in goal setting and performance assessments.
Support change management initiatives, including communication planning and transition support.
Analyze engagement survey results (Your Voice Counts) and partner with leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement.
Use internal and external HR metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field and 2-4 years HR experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of core HR functions such as talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent development, HR analytics
Advanced knowledge of federal and state employment and laws, labor laws.
Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong PC skills (MS Office (Powerpoint) & use of HRIS applications)
