About the role

  • HR Assistant managing employee inquiries and various HR tasks to support a creative work environment. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining personnel data at a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for employees with HR-related questions
  • Maintain employee master data and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Process applications quickly and professionally; communicate with applicants
  • Coordinate and develop onboarding plans
  • Monitor vacation, working hours and absences
  • Prepare reliable data for payroll processing
  • Actively contribute to workplace health promotion initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on human resources, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in HR
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ideally experience with an HRM/HRIS system
  • Communicative, well organized and able to keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks
  • Discretion, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
  • Enjoy administrative tasks and direct contact with people
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
