Responsibilities
First point of contact for employees with HR-related questions
Maintain employee master data and support onboarding and offboarding processes
Process applications quickly and professionally; communicate with applicants
Coordinate and develop onboarding plans
Monitor vacation, working hours and absences
Prepare reliable data for payroll processing
Actively contribute to workplace health promotion initiatives
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on human resources, or an equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in HR
Confident user of Microsoft Office programs
Ideally experience with an HRM/HRIS system
Communicative, well organized and able to keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks
Discretion, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
Enjoy administrative tasks and direct contact with people
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
