Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate performance review cycles
  • Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Support the development of HR policies and compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, operations, executive support, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor law and SEC compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and systems-thinking skills
