Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders across Sales, PM, PD, and Commercial Operations
Translate business strategy into HR priorities, talent plans, and organizational interventions
Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, capability building, and change management
Partner with leaders to accelerate development of commercial talent and field-based teams
Embed consistent development pathways for Program Directors, Product Managers, and Sales roles
Support leaders in improving team effectiveness, engagement, and retention—especially within distributed and field-based teams
Promote Catalent values and ensure a culture aligned with customer excellence and accountability
Provide guidance on employment policies, employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with local legislation, global HR policies, and ethical standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred
Minimum seven years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting commercial or field-based organizations
Experience navigating a matrixed, global environment
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
