Responsibilities
Preparation of payroll using our payroll system SAP R/3
Management of payroll and time-tracking data in SAP R/3
Responsibility for the maintenance and support of the payroll system SAP R/3
Participation in the development and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements
Implementation of measures to recruit new talent
Supporting employees on labor, collective bargaining, tax, and social security matters
Providing professional HR advice to managers on all personnel-related topics
Management of statistics, reports, certificates, and references
Requirements
Commercial/business vocational training with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
Several years of experience in HR and solid knowledge of income tax, social security, and labor law
Knowledge of collective bargaining law in the metal industry is a plus
Experience with SAP R/3 and confident use of Microsoft Office products
Service orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and enthusiasm
