Responsibilities
- Preparation of payroll using our payroll system SAP R/3
- Management of payroll and time-tracking data in SAP R/3
- Responsibility for the maintenance and support of the payroll system SAP R/3
- Participation in the development and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements
- Implementation of measures to recruit new talent
- Supporting employees on labor, collective bargaining, tax, and social security matters
- Providing professional HR advice to managers on all personnel-related topics
- Management of statistics, reports, certificates, and references
Requirements
- Commercial/business vocational training with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
- Several years of experience in HR and solid knowledge of income tax, social security, and labor law
- Knowledge of collective bargaining law in the metal industry is a plus
- Experience with SAP R/3 and confident use of Microsoft Office products
- Service orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and enthusiasm
