About the role

  • HR Business Partner collaborating with CEO Europe to drive people strategies for ecommerce growth. Focused on employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to the CEO Europe and regional leaders, translating business goals into actionable people plans to drive business outcomes and employee engagement.
  • Advise and coach leaders on performance management, organizational design, talent planning, and the execution of key HR programs (performance reviews, compensation cycles, and leadership development).
  • Lead complex employee relations casework and investigations, ensuring timely, fair, and legally compliant resolution while strictly adhering to UK employment law and company policy.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and compensation alignment; analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and influence business decisions.
  • Own and execute core HR programs for the Europe team, partnering with the global HRBP team and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistency and effective staffing strategies across regions.
  • Champion the company culture and leadership expectations, and support policy creation and updates, ensuring Europe (EU and UK) legislative compliance and consistency with global standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience within the UK, including direct HR Business Partner exposure to operations and/or corporate functions.
  • Strong, proven understanding of UK employment law, employee relations, and successful experience managing complex casework and providing compliant, business-aligned recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success advising and influencing senior leaders on performance, organizational structure, and talent strategies.
  • Experience designing and executing P&C programs such as engagement, performance, and compensation cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to diagnose issues, tell a compelling story, and influence strategic business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with proven experience collaborating with international or matrixed teams across multiple time zones.
