Responsibilities
Own process documentation, implementation and improvements for Data Management Control Suite
Ensure alignment with EDRM guidance to mitigate Global Workforce data risk
Manage High Priority Usages and ensure provisioning agreements are up to date
Perform analysis and provide status reports to SLT
Work with HR Business Experience teams for appropriate oversight of control processes
Coordinate large projects across cross-functional teams when needed
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
At least 3 years of process management experience
At least 2 years of experience in Data Governance, Risk Management or Information Data Management Policies
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (preferred)
1+ years of experience with query execution in Snowflake (preferred)
4+ years of experience in Data Management (preferred)
4+ years of experience in Process or Product Management (preferred)
