About the role

  • HR Business Partner at 54Group providing strategic HR support while delivering impactful learning & development programs across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and leaders on HR strategy, employee relations, and performance management
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and team structuring initiatives
  • Support salary reviews, benchmarking, and performance development cycles
  • Drive D&I, engagement, and culture initiatives
  • Design and deliver learning programs, management training, coaching, and development interventions
  • Track training budgets, assess impact, and provide analytics to guide decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong HR business partnering and employee relations experience
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering management and leadership training programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exposure to TUPE, M&A, or international HR practices (Desirable)
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and people metrics (Desirable)
  • LMS/e-learning experience, coaching certification, and succession planning (Desirable)
