Responsibilities
Close collaboration with the DACH sales and marketing team in planning and preparing customer meetings, sales rounds, and marketing activities
Interface management and coordinated collaboration with KAM (Key Account Management), Sales, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Logistics
Support for marketing and sales activities for customers as required
Operational support for the DACH team to ensure the smooth execution of all relevant processes
Independent responsibility for sales-supporting projects
Assistance in organizing and executing B2B and B2C trade shows
Contribution to the implementation of annual retail marketing plans and support for POS implementations
Monitoring of POS materials in retail (inventory analysis, identification of update needs, quality assurance)
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field or equivalent commercial/vocational training
Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable work approach
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, motivating, and dynamic mindset
High initiative and a structured, independent working style
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
