About the role

  • Account Executive focused on acquiring strategic clients and building ShippyPro’s presence in Italy. Engage with cross-functional teams and develop a strong sales pipeline for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle to acquire new Italian customers
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Execute consultative discovery to understand prospects’ challenges
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in HubSpot

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Experience in building and managing pipelines with tools like HubSpot
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and motivated
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Professional proficiency in English
