Responsibilities
Content Management: Own the social media calendar. Plan, write, and schedule daily posts across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram that align with our brand narrative.
Executive Profiling (Ghostwriting): Assist in managing the personal brands of our Leadership team. You will help draft posts, repurpose their thoughts into LinkedIn content, and engage with industry peers on their behalf.
Community Engagement: Be the pulse of the brand. Monitor mentions, reply to comments with wit and empathy, and engage in relevant industry conversations to keep Wati top-of-mind.
Social Listening: Keep an ear to the ground for trending topics, competitor moves, and industry news that we can hijack or comment on real-time.
Asset Creation: specifically Create simple but effective visuals/graphics (using Canva or similar) to accompany posts, ensuring they stop the scroll.
Requirements
You can write professional, witty, and typo-free copy. You understand the difference between writing for the Company LinkedIn fee and a Post for Executive Team.
You understand the nuances of LinkedIn, Instagram and X algorithms.
Proficient in Canva or basic design tools to create social tiles and carousels.
