About the role

  • Social Media Manager creating and managing content strategies for B2B and B2C clients at Serviceplan Berlin. Focused on impactful communication of relevant social issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing, producing and maintaining content (posts, articles, photos, video/motion content) in coordination with the creative team; ensuring editorial and content quality
  • Independently creating and optimizing social media topic/editorial plans in collaboration with strategists, copywriters, consultants and clients in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Managing social projects and external content producers
  • Strategic oversight and management of social communities
  • Analysis of insights and implementation of monitoring/tracking measures
  • A dynamic environment with a hands-on mentality

Requirements

  • Independent and proactive working style
  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in an agency-like environment
  • Experience in end-to-end management of accounts and leading small teams/colleagues
  • Strong expertise across social platforms and a passion for social trends, with a good sense for users and their needs
  • A keen eye for current trends and enthusiasm for socio-political topics
  • Strength in analytical thinking as well as structured, proactive and independent work
  • Excellent German skills / C1 level (spoken and written)
