Responsibilities
Conceptualizing, producing and maintaining content (posts, articles, photos, video/motion content) in coordination with the creative team; ensuring editorial and content quality
Independently creating and optimizing social media topic/editorial plans in collaboration with strategists, copywriters, consultants and clients in both B2B and B2C environments
Managing social projects and external content producers
Strategic oversight and management of social communities
Analysis of insights and implementation of monitoring/tracking measures
A dynamic environment with a hands-on mentality
Requirements
Independent and proactive working style
Approximately 3 years of professional experience in an agency-like environment
Experience in end-to-end management of accounts and leading small teams/colleagues
Strong expertise across social platforms and a passion for social trends, with a good sense for users and their needs
A keen eye for current trends and enthusiasm for socio-political topics
Strength in analytical thinking as well as structured, proactive and independent work
Excellent German skills / C1 level (spoken and written)
