Responsibilities

Erstellung und Optimierung von Content-Formaten wie Reels, Posts, Stories und Karussells.
Analyse von Social-Media-Trends und Implementierung neuer Tools, insbesondere KI-basierter Software.
Community-Management und Interaktion mit Followern zur Stärkung der Markenpräsenz.
Erstellung von Redaktionsplänen und Reportings zur Performance-Analyse.

Du bist kreativ, digital-affin und liebst Social Media-Trends.
Erste Erfahrungen mit Social Media Marketing und Content Creation (z.B. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Kenntnisse in Tools wie Canva, CapCut, Figma und KI-gestützten Anwendungen (z.B. ChatGPT oder Midjourney).
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist.
Interesse an strategischem Branding und Markenentwicklung.
