About the role

  • Student Assistant in Event Management and Social Media at Holtzbrinck Berlin. Supporting events in politics, literature, and science while managing social media content.

Responsibilities

  • Research speakers and topics for events
  • Provide editorial support and write texts
  • Select materials and content for projects and events
  • Prepare, execute, and produce final documentation for events
  • Create content for social media channels in coordination with colleagues

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
  • Some experience in public relations or event organization
  • Prior knowledge of social media and relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Adobe)
  • Some editorial experience
  • Basic CMS knowledge (e.g., WordPress, TYPO3)
  • Confident user of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
