About the role

  • Technical Support role in a healthcare software company assisting clients with the Conecte/W system. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems and maintaining records in ERP.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support, assisting with the use of the Conecte/W system;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and/or questions related to the system;
  • Keep records updated in our ERP, ensuring documentation of issues, solutions, procedures, and configurations performed.

Requirements

  • Technical or university education in Health or Technology fields;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with clients;
  • Organized with a sense of priorities.
  • Preferred:
  • Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL databases;
  • Experience with advanced Windows configurations for printers, networking, firewall, user permissions, etc.
