  • Customer Service Specialist working in hybrid setup to support clients with care needs. Focused on solving customer inquiries and improving workflows in the service process.

Responsibilities

  • You handle customer inquiries by phone and in the back office.
  • The focus is on sustainable solutions rather than simply passing requests on.
  • You will gradually develop into the go-to contact person for a specific topic (e.g., authorizations or returns).
  • If a process isn’t running smoothly, you get involved and help find a solution.

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial environment or in customer service (formal training or practical experience)
  • Solution-oriented thinking and a pragmatic approach to work
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Confident PC skills; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not required
