About the role

  • Customer Service Agent supporting well-known global brands while delivering exceptional service. Engage with customers via multiple channels from Athens, Greece or remotely within the country.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (frontline support), or perform online/offline content moderation
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems
  • Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native-level or C2 proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Minimum B2 level in English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges professionally
  • Basic technical skills
  • Experience with social media (SoMe) platforms is considered an advantage.
