About the role

  • People/HR Business Partner at innovative electric vehicle charging company. Driving employee engagement strategies and providing proactive HR guidance in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement employee engagement and communication strategies, ensuring they align with Wallbox's culture and values to maximize team performance and commitment.
  • Provide proactive HR guidance to managers on critical areas including design organization, talent development, performance management, and complex employee relations issues.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to line managers on all employee relations and employment law matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant application of company policies and managing disciplinary processes with business leaders.
  • Lead the consolidation and effective implementation of the job catalog and performance frameworks, directly linking them to the company's reward strategy and overall employee engagement.
  • Analyze key Talent management success metrics (e.g., engagement, growth, diversity, turnover) to identify root causes of issues, drive data-backed decision-making, and continuously improve P&T practices.
  • Ensure the People team delivers exceptional, high-quality service to internal customers, identifying and implementing best practices across all operational areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a People/HR Business Partner, preferably within a fast-growing, innovative company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one key functional competency (Rewards, Compliance, Talent, or Learning & Development) and solid generalist knowledge across the others.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted People advisor, effectively coaching leaders to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
  • A strong, data-driven approach to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve People practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within the COEs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (an additional language is a plus).
