Responsibilities
Shape and drive the People Strategy with a global, forward-looking perspective and ensure alignment across the enterprise.
Advise senior leadership on productivity, efficiency, cost discipline, and workforce planning.
Lead organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives, and use your cross-organizational stakeholder management skills to enhance collaboration.
Steer skills-based talent management, leadership development, and capability building initiatives.
Champion the use of People analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements
University graduate. Masters preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and demonstrated record of successful service to a global business.
Experience in global matrix environments, cross‑cultural collaboration, and working with digital or data‑enabled transformation.
Solid knowledge of key People processes across the entire employment life cycle.
Strong partnership and problem-solving skills, able to collaborate at all organizational levels.
Experience in change management and guiding dynamic global organizations through change.
Close knowledge of employment law in at least two countries.
