Responsibilities
Administrative management of personnel and payroll (from contract initiation to departure)
Active participation in recruitment and onboarding of non-managerial employees
Supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR inquiries
Monitoring legal obligations and ensuring compliance with internal processes
Assisting in the development of the training plan and associated administrative management
Contributing to the organization of internal events and to a positive workplace climate
