About the role

  • Recruitment intern supporting hiring team in candidate selection and communication activities. Aiding in job postings, resume screening, and coordination with candidates' schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Job posting;
  • Review job applications;
  • Screen resumes;
  • Analyze received resumes;
  • Assist with candidate scheduling;
  • Support candidate communication (sending tests, providing process feedback, etc.);
  • Conduct selection processes for operational positions;
  • Update vacancy status tracking;
  • Assist in creating and monitoring recruitment metrics;
  • Send candidate data for the onboarding process;
  • Support other team activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus.
