About the role

  • Strategic Partnerships Specialist at Vodafone Business managing partner relationships and commercial discussions. Collaborating on technology and business alignment across AI, IoT, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners including AI solution providers, IoT technology companies, System Integrators (SI), software houses, and global vendors.
  • Conduct capability assessments, perform due diligence, and support onboarding processes aligned with Vodafone’s solution strategy.
  • Maintain active relationships with partners, ensuring readiness, alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to commercial discussions including pricing models, partnership structures, and value propositions.
  • Assist in developing business cases, financial assessments, and revenue projections for partner-driven solutions.
  • Support negotiations by coordinating with Product, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Build an understanding of partner technologies in AI, IoT, cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, and SaaS, ensuring suitability for Vodafone’s portfolio.
  • Help map technical capabilities to customer needs and internal product roadmaps.
  • Support joint GTM activities such as solution positioning, co-marketing, training plans, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth solution rollout and customer engagement.
  • Help activate reseller and referral programs to scale solution distribution.

Requirements

  • Exposure to AI, IoT, Cloud, System Integrators (SI) environments, and enterprise digital solutions.
  • Hands-on general IT experience with solid understanding of AI solutions, SaaS and IoT.
  • 2–4 years of ICT experience preferred.
  • Experience working with System Integrators, IoT companies, AI vendors, or similar technology ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and support commercial modeling.
  • Basic understanding of revenue reporting, data management, budgeting, and financial processes.
  • Commercial experience or exposure to business development and partner management is an asset.
  • Professional knowledge in Partner & Business Development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences, including C-Level executives at partner organizations.
  • Ability to effectively manage partnerships, contracted resources, and cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical abilities with structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and handle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience assessing and evaluating partner capabilities, solutions, or projects.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take on broader responsibilities.
