Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new B2B accounts (retailers, distributors, exporters)
Follow up on inbound leads
Present inventory opportunities to buyers
Assist in managing deal flow and closing transactions
Build and maintain long-term buyer relationships
Support CEO on strategic sales initiatives
Manage CRM system and maintain accurate buyer data
Integrate new contacts into CRM workflows
Develop, launch, and oversee email marketing campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing outreach strategy
Requirements
Florida-based (must be local)
Available to work in-office 2–3 times per week during the first few weeks
After ramp-up: hybrid / work-from-home flexibility
Driven, competitive, and self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms required
Comfortable integrating contacts, organizing pipelines, and overseeing campaign implementation
