About the role

  • Sales Associate developing new B2B accounts for wholesale distribution services. Involves prospecting, relationship building, and supporting strategic sales initiatives with mentoring from the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B accounts (retailers, distributors, exporters)
  • Follow up on inbound leads
  • Present inventory opportunities to buyers
  • Assist in managing deal flow and closing transactions
  • Build and maintain long-term buyer relationships
  • Support CEO on strategic sales initiatives
  • Manage CRM system and maintain accurate buyer data
  • Integrate new contacts into CRM workflows
  • Develop, launch, and oversee email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing outreach strategy

Requirements

  • Florida-based (must be local)
  • Available to work in-office 2–3 times per week during the first few weeks
  • After ramp-up: hybrid / work-from-home flexibility
  • Driven, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms required
  • Comfortable integrating contacts, organizing pipelines, and overseeing campaign implementation
