Responsibilities
Maintain, identify and prospect construction companies, property managers and developers, real estate developments (commercial and residential), and commercial clients that require air conditioning solutions;
Present the company's air conditioning solutions in a technical and professional manner, highlighting benefits specific to high-end projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, identifying long-term business opportunities;
Work closely with the commercial and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and within technical specifications;
Monitor new projects such as launches and real estate market trends related to HVAC/air-conditioning and comfort, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
Experience in consulting, preferably in the air conditioning sector, or proven experience in technical sales in the air conditioning and/or high-end construction sectors;
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and their applications in high-end residential and commercial projects;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners;
Strong negotiation skills (persuasive and proactive);
Technical qualification; an engineering degree is considered a plus;
Goal-oriented and able to work effectively in a team;
Availability to travel as required.
