About the role

  • Sales Account Manager for lubricant components in China focusing on account management and business development in the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities in the Chinese market for lubricant components.
  • Promote new products and applications to expand market share.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company policies.

Requirements

  • Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree in business, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within chemical or lubricant industries.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with proven track record in B2B environments.
  • Understanding lubricant components, formulations, and related applications is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
