About the role

  • Assisting in sales channels at Cia. Tradicional de Comércio with a focus on delivery processes and performance monitoring. Supporting internal operations and supplier communications.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about the delivery area, assisting in the development and execution of processes to provide the best customer experience and support healthy business growth.
  • Organize internal processes such as payment flows, monitor deadlines, and manage project tasks;
  • Monitor key business performance indicators (comments, cancellations, ratings);
  • Contact suppliers and service providers (logistics operators, iFood platform);
  • Support stores in executing processes and resolving questions about area-defined procedures;
  • Track store performance on delivery platforms;
  • Assist in preparing and delivering results presentations for other departments.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field — expected graduation in July or December 2026;
  • Knowledge of Excel — advanced level is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to work with data from multiple sources;
  • Strong logical reasoning to identify potential issues and propose process improvements;
  • Holistic view with a focus on problem-solving;
  • Good communication skills to guide teams on area processes.
