Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and apply active, ongoing curiosity about business, market and learner data, using analysis and critical thinking to challenge and support decisions, proposing innovative and accurate solutions grounded in solid evidence and insights.
  • Lead projects to simplify and optimize the portfolio of learning tools and platforms, aiming for the best learner experience, consolidating courses and learning journeys into an integrated environment.
  • Develop and implement learning pathways, development programs and upskilling/reskilling initiatives, applying cutting-edge learning methodologies to propose innovative and practical solutions that consider real business and employee needs.
  • Manage products and services with a product-oriented vision and methodology, bringing strategic and efficiency-driven perspective, proposing continuous improvements that reduce unnecessary complexity and retain in the portfolio only those that deliver real results and impact.
  • Act as a consultative specialist with a strategic, integrated business perspective, inspiring peers and stakeholders, putting the internal customer at the center of decisions and promoting a genuinely consultative approach that goes beyond operational execution.

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge in learning, instructional design and content development;
  • Experience with HR products, product mindset and the ability to transform data into development solutions;
  • Proficiency with corporate learning tools and platforms;
  • Previous experience in learning consultancies, preferably in client-facing (project) roles;
  • Experience in companies operating with agile models and knowledge of product methodology.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience in HR at tech companies/startups that operate with a product approach;
  • Ability to work on digital transformation and agile culture projects;
  • Intermediate Spanish at minimum (required for interaction with teams in Madrid);
